The Jura GIGA-X8-X10 Dispensing Spout Motor is located behind the milk Dispensing Spout. It is responsible for switching between water for coffee and steam during the specialty drink operation. Sometimes, this motor will get stuck or burn out, causing liquid to be dispensed out of the incorrect spout or causing the milk to sputter. This part needs to be replaced. It cannot be refurbished.
