The Jura X8-X10 Ceramic Valve directs the flow of fluid to the proper location based upon the function selected. If coffee or steam is not flowing to the proper dispenser, then the Ceramic Valve may be faulty. There are 2 Ceramic Valves located in the X8-X10. Please diagnose which valve is faulty before ordering.
