Free 2-Day delivery on orders totaling $99 or more (US Only)

FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2-Day orders must be placed before 4PM EST to ship the same day. All other orders ship in 24-48 hours, if the purchased part is in-stock, during our normal business operating hours. Note: U.S. observed holidays, weather, natural disasters or other factors may impact all transit times below.

  • FedEx Next Day:

    Your order will ship the same business day it is placed (If before 4pm EST) and arrive the next business day. FedEx guarantees this delivery time. Signature Required.

  • FedEx 2-Day:

  • USPS Priority Mail:

    Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 1-3 days. USPS guarantees this delivery time.

  • USPS First Class Mail:

    Your order will ship within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 5-30 days. USPS does not guarantee this delivery time.   • USPS First Class International Canada:

    Your order may take up to three business days to ship. Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 5-30 days. USPS does not guarantee this delivery time. You may need to contact your local post office to obtain the parcel. You may be required to pay duty costs to obtain the parcel. Review your country's tax code before choosing this shipping method.

Domestic Shipping Terms:

By ordering from Jura-Parts.com, the customer agrees to the following terms:

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number link to track your order online with FedEx or USPS. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to generate. The given days of delivery are only an approximation provided by FedEx and USPS. Jura-Parts Com cannot be held liable for orders exceeding estimated transit times. For guaranteed delivery times, please select Next Day, 2-Day or Express Services. We will do all we can to ensure that your order arrives without unnecessary delay; however, once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the FedEx or USPS tracking system, Jura-Parts Com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or avoidable delay, as well as any damages to the package while in the care of FedEx/USPS. If a package is lost or damaged while in the care of the shipping provider chosen by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier. Jura-Parts Com is not obligated to refund or reship any lost or damaged orders once the package is scanned by the carrier. Furthermore, in the event a customer chooses to reject a parcel, Jura-Parts Com will NOT issue a refund. Jura-Parts Com will assist the customer with filing a claim against FedEx or USPS.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and telephone number to prevent delays or an extra service fee. If there is an address change while the package is on route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost, or additional fees are incurred.

The FedEx/USPS driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. Jura-Parts Com cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered or while in transit. We strongly recommend that customers track the package frequently and arrange for someone to be available to receive the package when it arrives.

We will do all we can to ensure that your order arrives without unnecessary delay; however, once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the FedEx or USPS tracking system, Jura-Parts Com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or avoidable delay, as well as any damages to the package while in the care of FedEx/USPS. If a package is lost or damaged while in the care of the shipping provider chosen by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier. Jura-Parts Com is not obligated to refund or reship any lost or damaged orders once the package is scanned by the carrier. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number link to track your order via FedEx/USPS. If you choose USPS, you may not be able to view the tracking details until it is received in your country. Furthermore, we CANNOT track an international order once it leaves the United States. Often times, the customer needs to contact his/her local post office to obtain the parcel. FedEx shipments will incur duty taxes; please review your country's tax code prior to ordering. In the event a customer chooses to reject the parcel, Jura-Parts Com will NOT issue a refund.

How do I return an item?
 

Refund/Return Policy Jura-Parts Com

By ordering from Jura-parts.com, you are consenting to the following policy. Orders CANNOT be cancelled or changed after the transaction is complete and will be subject to the following return policy. No exceptions. All returns must be received by Jura-Parts.com within 15 days of the customer receiving the order. Refused packages and returns without notification will be subject to our return policy. Any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable. Please address returns/exchanges as follows:

Return Process

  • Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or EXCHANGE number is your ORDER number.
  • Clearly print the RMA/EXCHANGE number on the outside of the package. Unclear or missing RMA/EXCHANGE numbers will be refused and returned to the customer by the courier.
  • Jura-Parts com will not provide shipping labels for customers to return products. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the items, by their courier of choice, in the designated time frame. The return package must have tracking information associated with the return.
  • Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable taxes, less 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
  • EXCHANGES: In the event a wrong part is ordered, we will exchange the incorrect part for the part needed. The 20% restocking fee will not be charged; however, the customer is responsible for costs associated with returning the incorrect part. A new order for the correct part must be placed by the customer, otherwise the returned part will be subject to our return policy. Once we receive the return shipment, a refund will be issued for the part price and applicable taxes, less any shipping fees incurred by Jura-Parts Com. Please write the word "EXCHANGE" and your ORDER # on the front of the return package.

Refund Qualifications

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing a refund. Non-approved returns such as parts damaged in return shipping, used parts, parts with used components, original used parts trying to be returned as new (Yes, people try to do this often; however, there are codes associated with the parts to identify the manufacture date.) will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.
  • Special order items cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Electrical parts (Defined as any part that an electric current flows through, either AC or DC.) are not returnable or refundable after the transaction is completed.
  • Parts with manufacturers packaging cannot be returned, if opened.
  • Parts must be returned with all associated parts including, but not limited to; O-Rings, Hair Pin Clips, Lubricant, Clamps, Screws, etc. to receive a refund. If items originally included with the shipment are not returned, no refund will be issued.
  • Parts that have been used are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refurbished parts marked "AS IS" in the part description are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned to Jura-Parts Com due to refusal by customer, or insufficient/incorrect address information, can be reshipped at the customer's expense, or will be subject to our return policy.
  • Lost or stolen packages while in the possession of the courier service chosen by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped.

Damaged Parts

Please inspect all items in the shipment upon receipt. If you receive a package that appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the courier service and Jura-Parts Com within two days of receipt (same or next day). Jura-Parts Com must follow the guidelines of each courier and will work to ensure the customer receives a non-damaged item. The incident will be documented, and the courier may decide to return the delivery to Jura-Parts Com. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove. Jura-Parts Com is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen orders. Once the package is scanned by the courier service, Jura-Parts Com relinquishes all responsibility for the order. This is a common policy identified as "Ex Works" shipping.


Wrong Parts Received

In the event that an item is incorrectly shipped, customers must notify Jura-Parts Com within five (5) business days. A return label will be provided to the customer for returning the incorrect item and the correct item will be shipped at the expense of Jura-Parts com. NOTE: Ordering incorrect parts based on model (E8) instead of model number (15237) does not qualify as receiving the wrong part. If the customer receives the part ordered, it must be returned as an "exchange."


International Return Policy

If a package is lost or damaged while in the care of the shipping provider chosen by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier. Jura-Parts Com is not obligated to refund or reship any lost or damaged orders once the package is scanned by the carrier.

Often times, international customers must contact his/her local post office to obtain the parcel. FedEx shipments will incur duties and taxes. Please review your country's tax code prior to ordering. In the event a customer chooses to reject the parcel, or it is returned to our facility because it was unclaimed, the customer will be subject to the return policy stated above. If the customer would like the parcel re-shipped, shipping fees associated with the new shipment must be paid prior to shipping.
