FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2-Day and USPS Priority Mail Express orders must be placed before 4PM EST to ship the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process if you choose USPS First Class Mail. We do not charge for handling, nor do we profit from shipping.
Orders that total $7.99 or more ship free via USPS (United States Only). Allow 1-5 days for your order to arrive based on location.

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-5 days. USPS guarantees this delivery time. You may be required to pay duty costs to obtain the parcel. Review your country's tax code before choosing this shipping method.
- USPS International Priority:
Your order will ship in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 6-10 days. USPS does not guarantee this delivery time. You may be required to pay duty costs to obtain the parcel. Review your country's tax code before choosing this shipping method.
- USPS First Class International:
Your order may take up to three business days to ship. Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 10-14 days. USPS does not guarantee this delivery time. You may need to contact your local post office to obtain the parcel. You may be required to pay duty costs to obtain the parcel. Review your country's tax code before choosing this shipping method.
FedEx Ground Transit Map
All packages are routinely delivered within 1-5 business days. For a more detailed estimation, refer to the FedEx Shipping Map, which is based on the location of our facility. Please note that these are only approximate FedEx delivery times, as provided to us by FedEx. For a guaranteed delivery time, choose Next Day, 2-Day or the Express Saver shipping method. FedEx does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO.
The FedEx/USPS driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered or while in transit. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and arrange for someone to be available to receive the package when it arrives. Also, you may request the package require a signature for delivery, which we will happily accommodate for no additional charge.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number link to track your order online with FedEx or USPS. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to generate. The given days of delivery are only an approximation provided by FedEx and USPS. Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com cannot be held liable for orders exceeding estimated transit times. For guaranteed delivery times, please select Next Day, 2-Day or Express Services. We will do all we can to ensure that your order arrives without unnecessary delay; however, once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the FedEx or USPS tracking system, Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or avoidable delay, as well as, any damages to the package while in the care of FedEx/USPS. If a package is lost or damaged while in the care of the shipping provider chosen by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier. Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com is not obligated to refund or reship any lost or damaged orders once the package is scanned by the carrier. Furthermore, in the event a customer chooses to reject a parcel, Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com will NOT issue a refund. Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com will assist the customer with filing a claim against FedEx or USPS.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and telephone number to prevent delays or an extra service fee. If there is an address change while the package is on route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or additional fees are incurred.

All international sales are final when the transaction is completed by the customer. Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com will NOT refund orders, exchange parts or accept any returns from international customers. We will do all we can to ensure that your order arrives without unnecessary delay; however, once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the FedEx or USPS tracking system, Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or avoidable delay, as well as, any damages to the package while in the care of FedEx/USPS. If you choose USPS, you may not be able to view the tracking details until it is received in your country. Furthermore, we CANNOT track an international order once it leaves the United States. Often times, the customer needs to contact his/her local post office to obtain the parcel. FedEx shipments will incur duty taxes; please review your country's tax code prior to ordering. In the event a customer chooses to reject the parcel, Espresso Yourself/Jura-Parts.com will NOT issue a refund.
General Returns Policy:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by submitting a ticket to our returns department. RMAs are valid for 15 days. Refused packages and returns without a RMA will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees. Click Here to submit ticket.

- 1. Submit a copy of your electronic invoice to our returns department.
- 2. Clearly print RMA on the shipping label. Unclear RMA's or packages without RMA's will be refused and returned by the carrier.
- 3. Special order items, milk system components and electrical parts are not returnable or refundable after the transaction is completed.
- 4. Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable taxes, less any restocking and or packaging fees.
- 5. Shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
- 6. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing a refund. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense.
- 7. Items incorrectly shipped to Espresso Yourself will be returned to customers at their expense.
New and Unused Parts Return:
- 1. New and unused parts valued at less than $15 cannot be returned for credit.
- 2. Approved new and unused returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- 3. All new and unused parts must meet the following minimum requirements to be eligible for return:
- (A) Returns must be received by Espresso Yourself within 15 days from the delivery date. RMAs will not be issued after 15 days from the delivery date.
- (B) Returns must be in resalable condition. This decision is based on the sole discretion of Espresso Yourself.
- (C) Your electronic invoice must be forwarded to our returns department to obtain a RMA.
- (D) The RMA number must be clearly printed on the return shipping label.
- (E) Parts with manufacturer packaging seals that have been opened will be returned at the customer's expense without credit being issued.
You must inspect all packages when received and before signing for them. If you receive a package that appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the shipper and then notify Espresso Yourself within two days of receipt (same or next day). The incident will be documented, and the shipper may decide to return the delivery to Espresso Yourself. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later. Espresso Yourself is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen orders. Once the package is scanned by the carrier chosen by the customer, Espresso Yourself relinquishes all responsibility for the order. This is a common policy identified as "Ex Works" shipping. If you do not agree with our policy, please refrain from ordering from us. We will not accommodate any requests for special treatment.
Customers must notify Espresso Yourself within five (5) business days, which is defined as Monday through Friday, of receipt of any part that is shipped in error or short shipped. Espresso Yourself will not honor any such claim reported after five (5) working days.
Espresso Yourself encourages its customers to resolve any issues with orders or repairs by contacting the company. Espresso Yourself will investigate all "charge-backs" to the fullest extent until a resolution is reached. If the financial institution the charge-back was issued with upholds the charge as legitimate, the customer will have the funds appropriated for the purchase immediately deducted from his/her bank account, without warning. This is the financial industry's policy, not the policy of Espresso Yourself. In addition, the customer will be charged an additional $30 by Espresso Yourself for retribution of the $30 fee levied by the financial institution on Espresso Yourself at the time the charge-back was issued. Regardless of the dispute outcome, the financial institution retains the $30 fee.
